Daiwa BBB 6106TLFS Spinning fishing Rod Telescopic New From Japan F/S

Compact high performance telescopic

I bought this to take hiking - it is really super compact (much smaller than other telescopic rods I've used) despite being 6'10". Typical Daiwa quality, and I have not seen any other telescopics which have K-guides. Also the hard case it comes in is terrific and protected the rod well in my pack. I caught several trout and carp to ~1.5kg on the rod and it handled them great. Would buy again in another length/weight without hesitation. Only minor downside is that it takes a little time to get all the sliding guides in perfect alignment (compared to telescopics without the sliding guides) but you get better and faster with practice.
