functional yeast
Good for homebrew fruit wines, does not finish at spectacularly high ABV like champagne yeast but has the right flavour to compliment the fruit

negatives; this book would be improved a great deal by entirely removing the foreword.
positives; everything else! this book had a more positive impact on my life than almost any other.

CQ-C1475N CD/MP3 In Dash Receiver
0 of 1 found this helpful In part I would like to echo previous reviews, installation was really easy due to the standardised connections. It does what it's supposed to in terms of playing your Mp3 CD without a glitch , but the fact that it forgets all settings every time I switch off the engine is actually driving me crazy. I have to turn the bass up all the way to 10 (out of a possible 12) to get it to sound good & I have to then change the balance so that most of the power goes to the back speakers ( which handle bass a lot better in my set up) and that would not be a problem usually but the fact I have to do it all over again for every journey however short has annoyed me beyond words. I used to swear by panasonic car stereos but this has the poorest sound quality of any of them. Still beats a Sony though previous reviewer is right about that, but then most things do.
Ultimately this has lead me to write off Panasonic for my next car stereo choice which can't be good. Sure it's the same problem other users have mentioned but it seems to annoy me a lot more knowing what Panasonic used to be capable of.
