Neutral switch after market
It works! What more can you ask? Presumably it works for a long time.

Defective Charger unresolved
5 of 5 found this helpful Charger broke suddenly giving dangerous over voltage that brought up dire warning on screen. Supplier has had a good number of chances to remedy the situation, but a month on and I am still without charger. Disappointing.

Inadequate unsatisfactory display on clock radio
LCD screen is totally unsuitable for this application.
Backlight doesn't work for night time use. Dimmed it is barely visible at all and certainly not from far side of bed. Undimmed is just too bright for sleeping.
Angle of view is very restricted, only visible at all straight on and close up.
My microwave has got a much better clock!!
Aside from the clock, the general operation of the alarm and radio features is too complicated for easy intuitive use. Complex series of button pushes to use everyday functions.
This product is ill conceived and apparently completely untried by the designers!!
