A story that transforms the reader
Normally I would stay well clear of Christian fiction, but the Sensible Shoes series is definitely the exception to the rule ! Each of the books of which “Barefoot” is the second of the series takes you through the lives of a small group of very different individuals. Every reader I’m sure will be able to relate to these characters .. the ups and downs of their lives, their successes and failures, the emotions that overwhelm them and the ones they are desperately trying to suppress. This is not a nicey nicey story with a happy ever after ending, but a spiritual journey through which the group travel, sometimes alone and sometimes together. The author instructs us her readers how we can go on the same journey leading us all the time to a closer relationship with the one who loves us ...can’t put these books down!

Poor quality
Very flimsy .. first one out of the packet ripped down one of the edges .. very disappointed
