Need to be able to test o3 concentration
I noticed a crack in the white handle near the head. I don't know if this is the cause for any mis-function. I have been unable to test this o3 spray bottle to determine if it is actually producing a necessary concentration of o3 to be effective.

Food does not even think about sticking and a paper towel is all that is necessary for cleaning.
The non-stick quality of this pan is much better than any I have had before. The seared crust one can have on fresh non battered fish without the fish sticking and falling apart is wonderful. The flavor of seared food is very nice and it is NOT necessary to heat the pan much at all empty before putting meat in it to get a good sear. The care instructions that come with the pan are very helpful and informative. DuPont made 5 different levels of non-stick coating and the Platinum Plus is the top of the line and Gold standard for non-stick coatings.
