Twelve babies on a bike
1 of 1 found this helpful The book is written in the style of a diary, and follows the daily trials of a young nurse embarking on her midwifery qualifications. The book is both witty and full of historical facts, and gives you a wonderful insight of inner city life of the 1950's
I bought the book because I am interested in social history fro this period.
