Very speedy dispatch & delivery. Although well packaged, model sadly received transit damage through poor handling while in care of Royal Mail. Informed Seller & received very positive caring response. He did extensive research to assist me in making damage claim via Buyers insurance but in end I didnt find claim process straight forward so didnt pursue it further. Thankfully I am modeller so repair is possible. Advised Seller on alternative packing method which he took fully on board.
