  It was not 20 days. Not even close and buyer made you actual attempts to reach out until right then. Delay was caused by an oversight due to buyer taking a prolonged period of time to make payment but I still had no problem owning the issue. Once realized, a full refund was immediately issued. Wish the buyer all the best!
