Best cook book ever

I am a chef and this is where my journey began. This has been my go to cook book on so many occasions and what inspired me to be a chef. I have catered who parties and menus using some and only the recipes from this book. I have now bought 7 of the same book for everyone I know who's passion for cooking is a enthusiastic as mine and they all agree..love it. Buy it you won't be disappointed.
