Good but loud
Bought it to use as a clean water bilge pump so not its usual application. It does self-prime (suck) - at least the couple of inches I have got it doing. Will probably do more but not the 5 feet I tried to get it to do.
Pros : Looks quite well built.
Cons: Quite loud.

It's a UVC striplight tube, not a new car. Now there's a surprise (not)
Replaced my ageing pond UV filter tube with one of these and the water was crystal clear within about 5 days. Was expecting it to take twice that long at least.
