1 of 1 found this helpful Its not easy to assemble. It took me more than an hr. You need lay/ arrange in order the materials and do not tighten as if you don’t redo i case you missed some especially the mid part.
The pull/chin part its not that good as no enought room to maneuvre but the leg raise is perfect as the back against your hold is in perfect pisition that the result it target the stomach well when you raise your legs.
