a brilliant product
keeps all my bobbins nice and neat
a really clever idea that holds the bobbin in the ring but are easy to release when needed

A big beast but well worth it!
It is a big heavy beast but worth the space it takes up. It makes excellent icecream and sorbet. It's easy to use and does it all in about an hour and 10. I usually put the icecream in the freezer for half an hour to finish the freezing process as we are not so keen on soft scoop.
I have made lemon sorbet, froze the lemon shells and scooped the sorbet into them which makes a nice presentation for a special occasion. Also made fig icecream, mixed berry and strawberry- several times. Today I will make blackberry and apple and japanese wineberry (they are like raspberries). The ease of use is a great bonus, before I had a magimix which was fiddly to use and eventually went wrong with no way to fix it. I am delighted with this machine.
