eczema in ears
Strangely I was recommended to try this for ear eczema and it sort of helps. Not a cure so I still have to use various creams and lotions. It does help clean the area up. I'll stick with it until I find something better for my needs.

Works well
I bought 2 and have them in constant use when I'm not home and the windows are closed to keep spaces and home contents dry and mould free, which is very important to me. Since I bought tubing for them and plumbed them to drain straight down the sink or drain I wish I had bought the smallest unit instead of the biggest because the 20 liter tray is never used now they are tubed up instead.
