Okay for most things
1 of 1 found this helpful Nice selection of blades but sometimes not easy to use for instance slicing carrots is nearly impossible, grating no problem. The veg etc. needs to be fairly chunky to be able to move it over the blade otherwise it is not stable.

Handle with care
I have bought this type of product before and these are more fragile and smaller blocks. However they still work well you just have to be careful how you handle them but if you want chemical free cleaning then these will do, particularly good for cleaning the bath. I don't know how environmentally friendly the actual product is.
