    The item I rec'd Dec. 11th was poorly wrapped & broken. I've messaged Seller several times who said I would have to contact the carrier to make a claim. Carrier indicated Seller would have to make claim & I advised Seller. I have messaged Seller several times, but rec'd no confirmation. When I messaged several more times requesting an update, I received no response. This is very disappointing as the item was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but now I just want my money back.
