OK but...
Product is OK but the plastic rails were slightly deformed and did not slide in easily. The cover screw is separate and very short. It barely threads in. The OEM cover has a captive screw

Great keyboard

Works as well as any modern transceiver
The FT-990 is one of the best radios ever made by Yaesu. The mechanical construction is far superior to anything today. The FT-990 is a top quality piece of gear. Heavy too!
The receiver is quiet, the digital filtering works is great, and the controls work well. If you can pick one up for around $800, grab it. You won't be disappointed.
