Simple beginner’s kit
For the money this is an enjoyable and simple project. It is more about painting than construction. The end result is pleasing and decorative. Points of criticism are the instructions are basic - just a series of photos; and the paint supplied is inadequate to cover the whole model. I used Humbrol enamels instead. You need to prep the wooden parts by sanding to get a decent finish. As I said, given the price it is a decent little kit.
