Thumbelina
A cute little story for young children. Much better than a lot of the cartoons they see everyday on TV. Thumbelina is sent out by her father to warn the little people of the valley about a serious problem with the dam. If she fails on this mission the creatures of that valley will surely all parish. I remember watching an old story about Thumbelina as a child. The old version of her in a flower was better than this one but this was still a cute movie. I would like to have seen the writers show more moral consiquences for the wrong that was done by some in her path but over all it was still cute.

The Bridges of Madison County
I read this book years ago in one evening. I usually have a hard time forcing myself to read a book but I could NOT put this one down. A beautiful love story but a tear jurker too. Simply an awesom story. I never would have cast Clint Eastwood as the leading actor in this story but surprisingly he did an amazing job. Hard to think of him as a gentle kind man after so many western hard guy parts but he surprised me. This is a great story to add to your collection if you are a romantic. A wife and mother of two children finds herself home alone on the farm for a few days while her family has gone to a fair. A famous photographer happens by and a forbidden romance occurs. The woman is torn between her family obligations and this new love that she could not fight nor deny.... A must see!

Little Unicorn
1 of 1 found this helpful Simply put this is a cute little story for young children with imagination. I purchased this for a young girl who loves unicorns and she loved this story. So did her sister and little brother. Just a good story with an underlying message about doing what is right and good. I would recommend this for all young children.
