GOOD DMR RADIO
I bought the radio thinking i was good to go but after a few days thinking the radio was duff and many hours looking on the internet i realised that there were other items required to get this radio to come to life.The two being A CODE PLUG. AND THE SOFTWARE CPS 2017 V.20.Some experiance in programming software would be a good advantage as would general knowledge of understanding how DMR radios work.All this info is or can be found on the internet and free to use and download.
overall the radio is very sturdy not bulky and heavy like some ,and a pleasure to use
You can use a codeplug from another radio but i would suggest you find one thats from your area.
Radio works very well and i would say that this radio is top notch for first time DMR user
