Well-made - badly programmed.
I does what it claims, but the does not do what might be expected.
It times water delivery to hoses, but once the timers are set it is not possible to turn the water on and off while leaving the timer settings unchanged for the next timed watering. Both my previous timers of this type do this, and since the controls of this one appear identical I expected the same behaviour. Using the ON setting to obtain a little extra watering resets the timer, which is a major inconvenience.

Useful Chinese IEC connector.
Standard product, not Rolls-Royce quality but workmanlike, fit for purpose and cheap. What's not to like?

These boards claim to produce a doorbell type triple ding-dong. Connected exactly as reccommended they produce a Morse Code S (three tones - - -), not ding-dongs AND the volume is so low that you can only hear it if your ear is practically in the loudspeaker, so it would be useless as a doorbell even if I were willing to accept the incorrect output signal. I have tested four of the eight, with different 8 Ohm loudspeakers and different transistors (i.e. I did not reuse the same transistor) and obtained the same results each time.
