No as good as it looks
I’m not a tall guy, 5’10 but I cannot do lat pull downs. I cannot do seated pull up/downs, I cannot do standing biceps curls.... the wheels don’t run freely when using heavy weights, I cannot do pull ups / chins on the static e z bar.... the machine is not tall enough, when seated the height needs to be another 2 foot higher so can do a full rep / extension.
In the picture it shows all these are availability, I should have checked all the height and dimensions first but I didn’t, my fault I know.
Knowing what I know now I would not have bought it, severely restricted in what I can use the machine for now, mainly triceps and rows with a chest exercise.
For the space it takes up and the price not worth the effort of building and paying for it, very disappointing as it was my biggest purchase for garage gym.
