Quality product and good value
1 of 1 found this helpful It was much cheaper to buy this product to upgrade my Worcester boiler to have this wireless, fully programmable thermostat, than it was just to replace the simple mechanical clock which had developed a fault, like for like. It was quite easy to install - it comes with instructions, or you can find guides on YouTube.
It works very well - you can choose the target room temperature to kick in at different times of the day, and program different days separately if you want. It will remotely turn the boiler on and off accordingly.
It loses one star because there's no simple one-touch override (e.g. for a one hour boost, or to advance to the next change of temperature). You have to select a manual override temperature instead, which remains in force until the next time the program would change anyway (which could be after ten minutes or ten hours).
Overall, I would recommend it, either as a repair (like me), or just as an improvement over the basic clock.
