  This package took 19 days to get to me. It didn't even ship out until 10 days after purchase. The only reason it was done then, was because I messaged him to see when he was going to ship it out. That meant I didn't have it here for my granddaughters birthday. She has returned back home to CA. I contacted seller to see if he would give me a partial refund to cover expenses to ship it now to CA. Never heard from him. Jared a response would have been appreciated.
