Transit TIME was good; however, there was extreme delay between sale and shipment (the order was placed & paid for on 3 Jun; shipment didn't occur until 16 Jun - 13 DAYS later). 4. Seller was unresponsive to virtually all inquiries and offers, only replying/responding to initial inquiry (and that reply was in effect, "I can't measure it for you").
