In box but opened from the bottom

I ordered this as a display so I wanted it in the box it was clearly has an opening from the bottom. It must have been from the weather since it has been snowing, so the cold must have contracted the plastic while in shipping causing the bottom to become undone. None the less it appears to be as described it is in box and it have been completely sealed if not for the weather.
