The item did not arrive with all the advertised items, for example no instruction manual. The item was just wrapped some bubble wrap in a bag - not well packaged for what the item is. When a query was raised with the seller about the missing items, the reply was blunt and rude - no attempt to resolve, just said to return it. I would not use this seller again.

Great saw. Works as described. Packaging unfortunately was not the best. The saw was in a box that was larger than the saw and there was no packing inside the box. The saw was however undamaged. Great seller. Fast dispatch. Overall a great deal.

Great product @ a good price with FANTASTIC service. My only concern is with the packaging. It was just put into a box that was too big for the Router and it had nothing else in the box to stop the Router from bagging about. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have tested the Router and all is as described. I am happy to recommend this seller 5***** Just sort out your packing please!!!
