I have bought several of these items now...
I have bought several of these items now and am very pleased with the quality and performance. A rectangular lens shade is a must for a video camera as it improves the quality of the image substantially.

Superb quality and optical performance
This is a high quality lens in both image and build. It's a bit heavy but that goes with the quality. This lens, being a super telephoto highly benefits from optical stability with two strength settings. This means that sharp images can be achieved even when hand held at full optical stretch.

This is a great quality item at a very reasonable price. I am a semi-professional videographer and have purchased many of these. I use them mainly for attaching peripheral video items such as lights, mics and small cameras. I can thoroughly recommend.
