Last one broke, still reccomend it
Last one I bought worked great for a couple years, but it just cracked & fell apart. Still the best I have found. If you're like me, getting older & close up vision isn't so great, buy one.

Learn straight from the master!
I first bought this back in the 70's when It came with a vinyl record. I had played guitar for years, so with the instructions in Earl's own voice I picked this up pretty fast. I hadn't played in years. I found the book, but the LP was long gone. I had an accident a few months ago that may mean I'll never play again, but if I ever can I know this will be the quickest way to pick up banjo again. Make sure you get the book with the CD. Some I found when I was looking for it only had the book.

Today's Technician series
The Today's Technician series is the best material for ASE certification. The shop manual is great for learning diagnostics. It is very clearly written and easy to understand. Everything is also covered with many illustrations. I breezed through my Steering and suspension test. I will use this series for all my future tests.
