The Dixxon Flannels I sell are 100% authentic. You’ll notice that I sell mostly XXL or XLT sizes men’s or XL Women’s (wife). They were usually purchased as “fail safes” in case my typical size “XXLT” I received is too long, and my wife is between L and XL. Dixxon sizes tend to be pretty consistent, but there have been a few times that the sleeves were just a bit too long for me. Please feel free to ask questions or request more pictures.
All other items will have my reason for selling in the description. Again, please ask questions.
I always try to be as honest as possible when describing the condition of a used item.
* I do everything in my power to ship the same day the item is payed for (by 2:30PM EST), especially on Fridays, because I typically don’t go to the PO during the weekends or holidays. Otherwise it'll get shipped the next business day.

Cool book to have around!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I am amazed at how many funny conversations start because of this book, hahaha!!! I love the way the book is layed out also, its broken down by, not only deserts, meals, appetizers, but by the actual restaraunts too!!!
And best of all its super user-friendly, and actually fun to use!!!
I also like that they include ALOT of actual facts to back up and explain the reasons why one item is "Better/Smarter" than another.

Better than expected
This dollhouse is great. All the screw holes lined up accurately. It’s best to have a helper nearby to help hold the different panels up while screwing them together, and don’t try to rush your way through. My wife and I took our time and got it together in an hour and a half on Christmas eve, taking my time and trying to be quiet. Also, the big wooden dowels go to the cloth awnings…you’ll understand. Lol
