King of Zydeco music

Great CD. I've been listening to Clifton since the 70's and saw him once in concert (I don't think he made it to NYC too often). In the liner notes , longtime producer Chris Strachwich (sp?) said this was probably his best session with Clifton.Nearly all the songs are rockin' and will get you up & dancing, they even got me up & I'm 68 & don't dance ! A few are lesser , but nothing is bad. This CD is proof of why Clifton was called the "King of Zydeco"
