Assembly is definitely not to be taken lightly.
It took about 2.5 hours and I work with machinery. Too much time needed to correctly interpret the instructions.
In addition to a 10 mm spanner and a 13 and 14 mm spanner, I would recommend a 10 mm round file, a small hammer and a first aid kit.
Once built it works well and is fairly robust but loosely assembled.
Not great value but useful.
Black and white " yes, no " answers are not appropriate.

You get what you pay for
These are good value and OK for applications with no strain or flexibility.
The metal is significantly thinner than much more expensive items from reputable electrical outlets.
