I contacted the seller joomee20 and I was advised to send it back to them and that they will refund me including the postage cost. I then posted the item with ID number 363119112920 and my postage reference number 0212-CECD-0173-01D4 on the 13/04/21 and till now i havn't got my refund .when I enquired about my refund they sent an email that they haven't received the item. I will go and find out from the post office unhappy
