  I ordered the item whilst abroad for my wife who has fractured her clavicle whilst on holiday and pleaded for an urgent delivery. the item arrived on time and although all the paperwork states the size as Medium, the item that arrived was Small and clearly marked with an 'S' although we didn't notice that at the time. When my wife complained of prolonged discomfort and asked me to obtain one of a larger size, I double checked my measurements and then noticed that it we had been supplied a Small!

  The box was battered but the actual cooker was unblemished. It had never seen the light of day. Every single part was still wrapped and secure in its original packaging. I wish more sellers were as honest. The package was huge so the cost of postage was incredibly reasonable. 5 stars.
