  I very very rarely leave negative feedback, as I don't like to, however there isnt anything good to say. Paid for a book on 16th June , seller never dispatched, I waited weeks until I messaged the seller (I'm very patient), no replies (all I asked was had it been dispatched, or if not , when would it be, please), still nothing. I had to contact ebay, then i was given a full refund on 3rd July, i never heard from the seller. Dissapointing.

  Buyer has purchased item with a dispatch time of 4 weeks (set as i was out of country). Despite being within this time frame, I've replied to buyer to apologise for their misunderstanding and refunded cost. Despite sending this item free of charge once home, buyer is still unhappy and rude over messages. Seller, consider reading listing dispatch times before you buy and give more than 5 minutes for a reply. 10 years of positive feedback, this is the only negative feedback. Buyer error.
