Pretty good with one reservation
Well written. Helen Cooper seems to know her stuff. I have already learnt quite, especially about key and the circle of filths,
One small problem: The treble clef's note diagram is not on the same page as the diagram that illustrates the notes above and below the treble clef (but managed to do this for the arguably less important clefs). As a novice reader of music, these diagrams are the most important, and constantly turning pages is annoying, especially when at the piano.

Seems to do the job
There seemed to be a marked improvement in holding down barre chords after only a few days.
The only slight criticism is the sliding action is not that smooth.
"Is it enjoyable" is a strange question!

Hard to find...
Been looking for this for years, as it seems to be hard to find in CD format. Quite pricey, but in this case, I guess it's the law of supply and demand. Great album; really enjoyed hearing it again
