A grade "A" in all areas.
This is a great printer! It is always a challenge connecting printers; this unit was easier than past printers I've owned. I am not so literate in working with technology. I researched other printers and believed that this one would be more user friendly. Also, a plus, it fit nicely in my rather space limited working environment. Every question I had about installation was answered; so important to realize that all users aren't technological geniuses. I made the correct decision!
