Royal Mail left the parcel on my doorstep. When I picked it up I could hear something moving around inside. I soon as I opened it I found the problem. This item and the other two variants ordered were broken. They were clearly not not packaged properly and most of the appendages were broken off and not repairable. £150 quid down the drain! Advising the seller to check their description of these items. There is a clear error which could be against the law!

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Royal Mail. You have neglected to say that you were refunded immediately. We don’t break the law and it’s wrong if you to infer that we did.
