Golds gym bands are 52" it is longer than the spri bands ( which are 48") that most health clubs have. The extra length means you can do more variety of exercises with it.i teach Les Mills Body Vive and if you can't afford the real Les Mills band these are the bands to get.

Good product.

So well made, warm and comfy. This style seems to run smaller than the taller style with the 2 bows at the back. Since they only come in whole sizes, I am a 9 in this style and an 8 in the taller style with the 2 bows.
