  The coat arrived with 2 missing buttons. I tried to settle the issue with the seller. They originally agreed to give me a refund, then went back on that agreement. I have purchased a $12,000 diamond ring from another country on this Ebay account and never had any issues whatsoever! The seller needs to do the ethical thing and honor their original offer to provide a refund for something I cannot wear.
