Outstanding value & service
Outstanding value & service. My queries answered almost by return.
I had a few videos of family events, just amateur photography transcribed on to cheap video tapes, & probably never intended to be kept for 30+ years . But they were viewed at the time, tucked away for safe-keeping in a drawer & there remained, as it grew increasingly hard to be able to watch them, as technology marched on. These have now been transferred to DVDs, even somewhat enhanced & it's been a real joy to be able to see our, now adult, children again & relive those family memories. Especially at a time when we can't actually see our family. It has meant a great deal to us & really is a valuable service. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

A winner all round
I brought this for my husband, who'd taken up stamp collecting again during the various lockdowns, but was finding it hard to make out the fine details clearly. He wanted a magnifying glass & maybe a new reading lamp. I looked for the magnifying glass (cheaper option!) for a Christmas present & came across this- something I'd never seen before.
And he says it's brilliant!! Bit of a struggle to fit batteries- best left to younger fingers- but otherwise it does exactly what he needs it to do. And we haven't had to shell out for a new lamp after all. A winner all round.
