  Listed as new, but was used, dirty, had hair in it. It's an intimate item, which makes this particularly worrisome. Seller tried to explain hair in the box claiming had to check if it was charged, then tried to offer refund if I promised not to give bad review. I wish I could share the messages here, but I reported to eBay. Seller did offer me to send it back for a refund, and I will. Items are missing, seller cannot explain that, still claiming it is new.   I purchased 2 Pyrex storage bowls with lids purchased in quick succession, each separately listed, and I sent the seller a message to please combine shipping. There was no response from the seller, and I was charged $23.98 for this purchase. Bowls arrived unclean, with a strong chemical odor. Had I been aware of the actual condition I wouldn’t have purchased them. The bowls had to go through 2 wash cycles in the dishwasher before they looked and smelled clean. I cannot recommend this seller.
