Excellent product
1 of 1 found this helpful I have critical tinnitus at times getting to sleep is impossible occasionally after a number of sleep deprived nights 1/4 of a tablet before bedtime ensures I will get to sleep.

Excellent product !!
1 of 1 found this helpful I do not use Sominex regularly if I do the dose I use either a half or a quarter.
The reason I use Sominex is I have acute tinnitus at time the noise is so great getting to sleep is impossible, there is no cure for this condition just management. Therefore occasionally I resort to taking this sleep aid for which I find extremely effective. ☯️
