possibly not for longtime bigheads

solid and well built. BUT if you have a big head like me it can become painful to wear for long periods/ e.g. longer than approx one hour in my case. .........uk head 8 7/8ths. Instructions for programming stations baffling, so i just retune to change stations. good product but really needs adjustable or less strong over head band.
