buy if you know what you are getting

I do not mind buying this product from Bulgaria ,BUT the least I would expect is to have English translation on the product usage . The bottle's back has a large sticker all written in Bulgarian ,there is no way that I can translate this . The envelope has a UK company stamp ,but postage and product comes from Bulgaria ....so please if you are using a British companies name then you must ensure ,products have also English instructions .

works with my pet

I liked that it arrived by post up to my address and on time .And most of all my cat loves it . I have small hands ,so the glove is large and a bit clumsy to handle ,never the less I will use it .It would be great if they had S/M/L sizes .
