  It is a runner in virtually new condition. This loco likes the voltage up. All the detail parts are present and accounted for. It would have been better if the locomotive's original box were put in a bigger box rather than only wrapped in paper, but it arrived undamaged. This is not an unreasonable request based on the price charged for shipping. A problem free transaction. The engine is a runner and looks great.
