Beautiful presentations and images
Cool book by celeb chef Bo Bech. Got at a great price and signed, which is a plus. I'd say it's more of an Art cookbook, beautiful plating, and presentations. I believe the Chef did all the photographs too, which is pretty cool. I would recommend for any cookbook collector.
