Better than I anticipated
Hard to comment about the chuck without including the collets. But initial trials indicate good and reliable concentricity, so much better than my three jaw chuck.

You get what you pay for
Put simply how can a centre drill work properly if the point isn't ground in the centre of the drill? Most of the drills are ok enough, but I don't expect them to have a long and productive life. On the plus side, they are cheap.

Actually rather good.
I'm not sure "amazing" is the right description for the tyres, but they're definitely much better than I expected. Have now changed our twos bike over to these tyres and have found the ride quieter and easier with lower rolling resistance when riding on tarmac, but still enough grip for those unsurfaced back lanes and paths. This is definitely not an "off road" tyre, but is an excellent match for "hybrid" bikes sitting between a road bike and a mountain bike.
