A couple warnings about this AWESOME board
1 of 1 found this helpful The NodeMCU board is a great project board. It's built in wifi makes it a major value. I got the board for about $4.00, far cheaper than any other board and wifi solution.
I have built over a dozen projects using this processor and it has been ideal for each project.
Two small things to be aware of...
1. The board has a "Watchdog Timer" feature that must be reset periodically to keep the board from restarting. This feature is intended to help get the board get back online if it loses connectivity.
2. The board has the ability to do PWM output, but the board is not capable of keeping the PWM going while working on other processes. This means that your PWM output will jump around wildly because of system interrupts and other processing demands.
Finally, Though there are 16GIO pins on the board, only about 9 can be used without interfearing with other on-board functionalities.

Best cheap projector going!
1 of 1 found this helpful this projector has a significantly stronger bulb (LED) than other products around the same price.
The projector is super-bright, and has a nice programmable Android TV box built in.
My only complaint is that there is a bit of compression noise when scaling down from 1080P, but it may be the encoding of my media.
All in all this is the best projector under $1000 that I have seen!

Great pixels, wires are too short
As with all pixel strings I've ordered, the wire between the nodes should be twice or three times as long as it is.
