One book? I suppose this is it.
Clear, up-to date but a bit theoretical. Not a cookery book but I suppose that is progress.

Summary basd on 20 years experience
Best thing HP ever made. If only they had continued it with a 286 instead of its inferior successors they could have charged what they liked. For actual useful applications much easier to use than Windows. Lots of 3rd party extras, software, suppliers, magazine... All gone. But a good one still costs £200+
