Minced garlic without mincing. Just add cloves.
My life is forever changed. I look back on all the time I spent mincing garlic, or using garlic powder for convenience, and weep. I don't even have to peel the garlic before dropping it in. All I need are cloves and this thing, and a touch of grip strength (not much).
